Both authors have worked with mental training for many years. Anne Grethe Jeppesen from Norway has broad experience as a competition shooter, trainer and coach and has completed the most advanced international training course run by the ISSF. Anne Marte Pensgaard has a Ph.D. in sports psychology and is executive in charge of this area at Olympiatopen (high level sport/Norway). She also holds the position of associate professor at the Norwegian School of Sports Science.
