The new swivel head allows you to set and lock the friction you want your scope to rotate on, thus no need to mess with knobs while you are in position. Simply move the scope where you want it to go and it stays where you put it. The scope must have a screw mount to attach it to. This item allows you to convert an existing scope stand to have a swivel head.
