Following on from the success of the famous X.9 models, new for 2020, Kurt Thune have introduced the Prime range of jackets and trousers.

The trousers have curved seams shaped to improve support in all 3 shooting positions and features:

  • A leather insert on the right hip for comfort in standing shooting position
  • The legs are curved cut at the bottom for a smooth contact with shooting boots
  • Practical closing/opening loops for rapid position change and easy adjustment.

Kurt Thune's 'Hybrid' fabric is part synthetic, part canvas.  This variant of the Prime jacket consists of two layers of the new Hybrid material.  When new the trousers are a little less stiff than the traditional Canvas version, but will still need some breaking in before they will comply with the ISSF regulations.  The material is more durable and will retain its stiffness for longer than the Canvas model.
