The trigger blade is the most sensitive contact point on the rifle. Many errors are based on faults in this area. The MEC trigger addresses many of these difficulties, providing the shooter with optimal conditions for a perfect trigger release. The fastening lug made of stainless steel can be swivelled sideways and securely fastened, so that you can choose the perfect point under the barrel axis. The stainless steel ball-joint permits movement in three axes, so that the shoe can be fixed in practically any position you like. A perpendicular face means that the force at the moment of release acts exactly along the line of the barrel. This new version differs from the original MEC Trigger in that the contact surface consists of small pyramids, with the option of rubber rings to held improve the consistency of finger placements.
