1. Delivery timescales
All orders received are processed and, if the stock is available, despatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, your products will usually be with you in just a few days.
If you place your order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, the goods will usually be despatched the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the following working day.
You will be advised of any items not available from stock within the same timescales, and we will provide an estimated delivery timescale for any such items at the same time.
2. How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders are either sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other courier and for UK customers they should be with you in 1-3 working days.

3. Lost Packages
On rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Edinkillie Sport Services Ltd.
4. Track an Order
If the items are despatched using a tracked service, you will be sent a consignment number and can track it online.
