TEC-HRO box is a small training aid designed to help practice the timed pistol disciplines. In training you put the "TEC-HRO box" next to your dry-training-target. The LEDs "RED" and "GREEN" simulate the lights of the electronic targets. "ORANGE" simulates the message "Attention - 3 - 2- 1- Start".
