VFG Bore Cleaning Compound is designed for cleaning, restoration and preservation of gun barrels. Introduced into the barrel with felt cleaning elements, it can yield astonishing results, even with older rifles. It removes corrosion, metal jacketing and other deposits from the bore and yet is not aggressive to barrel steel. The fine polishing compound in the paste is broken down by the rubbing pressure to micro-fine particles that gently remove dirt and deposits from within the bore. The paste contains only synthetic oils and therefore has an almost unlimited storage life. It is oil dissolvable and can be easily wiped out from the bore with oiled felt cleaners.
