    Wow this book is jam packed with information, probably much more than I need but if you cant find something relevant to you in any of your shooting I would be very surprised. Great layout and plenty of pictures supporting the text. Yes if you are training for the Olympics then read every page, but if you are an aspiring competitor then by all means read every page but for me it's a great book to dip in and out of. Enjoy!

    Excellent publication. Definitely an upgrade on the previous versions ( both of which I have), particularly with regard to the video links. The definitive book on 3P rifle shooting!
