The Classic Sweater from Kurt Thune returns! The high quality cotton is skin-friendly. The synthetic material helps the transport of humidity away from the body.
CLASSIC SWEATER THICKNESS AND ISSF RULES: Extra thick elbow pads protect
the elbows. In this area the Classic is about 2.2 mm thick. This means that it
is NOT legal to use The Classic over our ColdWinnerâ„¢ top when shooting under
ISSF rules. ISSF rule 7.4.7.11.1 stipulates that the
maximum permitted thickness of shooting underwear is 2.5 mm.
CLASSIC + COLDWINNERâ„¢ thickness is about: 2.2 + 2.2 = 4.4 mm in the elbow area.
Is it not legal to wear anything under the Classic? Yes, but you have to
use a thin shirt under the Sweater and check the total underwear thickness in
the elbow area. If you do not compete under ISSF rules this rule does not
concern you at all.
