A folding mat in four sections with a carrying handle. Padded along 75% of length with of 10mm thick polythene, which does not absorb water and helps to keep the shooter warm. The elbow section has two layers of padding - one firm, one soft - with a zip along one side to allow it to be adjusted. Used at the 1996 Olympic Games, 1998 World Championships and 2002 Commonwealth Games.
