Combining the well-known Gehmann 565 rearsight iris, filters & polarisers unit with the ISSF-approved optical correction unit 0.0x, this model features:
- Iris adjustable over a wide range of 0.5 - 3.0mm
- 6 optically flat glass colour filters which can be precisely located in position: Yellow, Light Green, Orange, Purple, Dark Grey and Light Grey
- Two separately adjustable polarisation filters
- Our Gehmann polarization filters offer two key advantages that lead to noticeably better and longer-lasting performance of the aiming eye. Light oscillations ("flicker") can be filtered so that only specific oscillation directions pass through the polarizing filter
- By engaging a polarizing filter in which special quartz crystals are embedded, the so-called reflex rays are eliminated
- By switching on the second polarizing filter, the position of the quartz crystals relative to each other can be changed so that they achieve a 10 to 90%, continuous, light absorption (changed brightness)
- Locking collar allows precise location of the V-mark
- Can be used as iris only
- Light reflection is kept to a minimum by applying a special matt finish to all external and internal surfaces
