Monard's flagship model, one of these jackets was used by Sweden's Jonas Edman to win the Gold Medal in Men's Prone at the 2000 Olympic Games.
The jacket is anatomically cut, with pre-curved sleeves for a perfect fit in all shooting positions, with soft cowhide nappa inserts at the neck area, inner elbows and under the arm. A high-performance synthetic suede panel provides grip for the supporting arm in the standing position.
The shoulder strap is adjustable sideways for better customisation and comfort. The back has seven panels for an enhanced anatomical fit and to support the back in the standing position.
The use of a newly designed cotton canvas - superlining - optimises comfort, flexibility and support while providing guaranteed stability for several years. This model is made of two layers of superlining.
Special rubber padding adapts optimally to the curve of the elbows, eliminating slipping and discomfort. The butt plate shoulder pad is made of soft suede for maximum contact and feeling.
The 'Super' model is perfect for shooting prone, three positions and air rifle, and is only available made to measure, with a range of ten superlining and eleven leather colours.
It is available in both Three Positions and Prone Only versions. We do not recommend Prone Only jackets for anyone wishing to compete in events run under ISSF rules - either domestic such as the STS, ESSU or NSRA 50m Championships or international matches.
New for 2021 - the same superb Monard design, but with the new SuperTex fabric instead of the classic Superlining.
