- Do you ship to my country?
Our current position is that we only ship to Great Britain (i.e. England, Scotland and Wales), as well as the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey, and to Gibraltar. As a consequence of Northern Ireland remaining in the EU Single Market and Customs Union, we have taken the decision that we will no longer ship to that part of the United Kingdom. We no longer export to any other country. - Where is your shop?
We don't have a physical shop. Our online shop operates from premises on the Black Isle, and it is possible to visit us there, but please contact us to make an appointment. Firearms and ammunition are dealt with seperately, from a location in Inverness. Please contact us to make arrangements for purchasing any of these items. - What are your opening hours?
They vary! When Donald is at home, we try to have someone available to answer the phone from (very) approximately 9am to 1pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We might also be available on some Tuesdays and Thursdays, and some afternoons, but not as a rule. We do have to be out of the office at some point most days to deal with outgoing and incoming post and deliveries. When Donald is away with his Coaching work, there is no-one at home to answer the phone and enquiries are best handled by email.
