Megalink are a Norwegian firm who have been involved in making electronic targets for over twenty years. They shipped their first commercial targets in 1997, and are now one of the leading brands world-wide, with installations second only to Sius Ascor.
They provide a wide range of targets and installation options, from stand-alone targets for individual training, to fixed installations for complete ranges.
Megalink have been working with the ISSF towards full approval of their targets, and have achieved Phase I and II approval for their 10m and 50m targets, and Phase I approval for their 25m Pistol target.
Megalink targets share common characteristics:
- Stable aluminium frame
- Four microphones (one in each corner)
- Automatic motorized band advance
- Integrated electronics
- Easy and fast installation
The targets are portable and multi-purpose, catering for both air and smallbore disciplines, and are easily configured to use a paper or rubber band as required. They can easily be mounted on poles or a wall, or on special target stands as shown below. When configured as individual targets, they can be powered from a rechargeable 12V battery, providing the ability to train on modern target systems on ranges where electricity is not normally available.
Larger target systems are also available to cater for 25m & 50m pistol as well as 300m rifle competitions - please contact us for more details, or click here to visit the Megalink website.
